As a Hatha Yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance, I would like to purchase a copy of Yoga Stretch- Instructor training as taught through Silver Sneakers. Please tell me how I may purchase a copy of the DVD for my class of Seniors in the mobile park in which I live. Thank You, Trish Mc Mahan

hi, trish, we got ours via taking the class through silversneakers

i’d suggest contacting them though, and seeing what you might be able to do; there’s evidently three different but related yoga classes they offer, all chair based

we use what we learned all the time, including for standing and mat classes

here’s some links, i hope you’ll find a way to do the class

      http://silversneakers.com/

      http://silversneakers.com/Home/Instructors.aspx

      http://silversneakers.com/ContactUs.aspx

that way you can find out who to contact in your particular area of the country

best of luck and best wishes, hope it works out for you ;-)
